The Kenny Gordon Foundation was established in 1999 after the sudden and tragic
passing of our son, brother, and friend, Kenny Gordon, due to heart failure at
age 26. It is the Foundation's mission to preserve Kenny's memory through
various charitable endeavors that reflect the vivacious and generous spirit of a
young man who viewed the world through unbiased eyes and offered friendship to
all those with whom he came in contact.
The Foundation has made great strides in the past three and a half years,
establishing a full, four year scholarship at Skidmore College for minority
students who would otherwise never have the opportunity of a higher education.
The Foundation has also established "Kenny's Kids at Morry's Camp," which
provides academic and athletic experiences for inner-city children in a country
setting.
